Teacher, Forest School LeaderHelen started Puddle Lane after teaching in Gloucestershire, Poole and Hampshire, with the joy and privilege of teaching in Reception for most of this time. Helen loves the magic of telling, making and sharing stories together.
Helen and her husband Andy love Saturday brunches, playing with ideas for the garden, and last minute getaways. They have three grown up sons and a gorgeous grandson.
Domenique
Montessori TeacherAfter having her two children Domenique trained as a Montessori Teacher in South Africa. She is passionate about the Montessori philosophy, but has an understanding of other approaches such as the Curiosity Approach and Reggio Emilia. She has worked in Montessori settings in South Africa and London. She is passionate about education and loves to see children blossom and grow through independence and play.
Domenique also has studied Nutrition and takes a keen interest in health and wellness. During her free time Domenique enjoys family time with her husband and two school aged children who all share a love for camping, the beach and exploring new places.
Karina
AteleristaAfter graduating at the Arts University Bournemouth, Karina has worked as a teaching assistant and also developed creative workshops for children. Most recently Karina worked at Canford school as an art and theatre technician. She has a passion to see children thrive through creativity and playful learning. She is excited to get involved in our Forest school and believes in the value of natural spaces for early child development.
When not working Karina is happiest outdoors. She loves an adventure with friends, swimming in the ocean and sunset barbeques on the beach. She is also very fond of visiting museums and the theatre, and being immersed in the world of story telling!
Rachel
TeacherRachel’s experience of teaching, parenting and studying has grown a passion in her to see childhood embraced and play valued. What she loves at Puddle Lane is how each child’s uniqueness is expressed in their meaningful play.
Rachel loves to garden, explore new places, and enjoy adventures with her two school aged boys and husband Dan.
