Helen started Puddle Lane after teaching in Gloucestershire, Poole and Hampshire, with the joy and privilege of teaching in Reception for most of this time. Helen loves the magic of telling, making and sharing stories together.
Helen and her husband Andy love Saturday brunches, playing with ideas for the garden, and last minute getaways. They have three grown up sons and a gorgeous grandson.
As a talented childminder Kerry knows how to create a warm and nurturing space for children to settle into. She thoughtfully provides invitations to play that provoke curiosity and wonder,and looks forward to seeing their excitement.
Kerry is married to Lance and they have three lovely children in their teens and early twenties. She is also a foster carer with a long term placement. When not at work Kerry loves going to the gym and walking her dog Zulu.
Becky is a primary teacher and taught in Key Stage 1 for 8 years before joining the team at Puddle Lane in 2017. Becky loves our daily walk to the woods, and noticing the children’s joy, awe and wonder when out in nature.
Becky makes bunting and enjoys beach walks and scoots with her family. She is married to Sam and they have two young sons.
Rachel’s experience of teaching, parenting and studying has grown a passion in her to see childhood embraced and play valued. What she loves at Puddle Lane is how each child’s uniqueness is expressed in their meaningful play.
Rachel loves to garden, explore new places, and enjoy adventures with her two school aged boys and husband Dan.
